Adeyanju, who represents the controversial social media activist, said the actions of lawyers who have allegedly bullied or harassed his client should not be used to denigrate the entire legal profession.
He stressed that such lawyers are in the minority and urged Nigerians to continue to recognise the important role of the legal profession in society.
“Law is indeed a noble profession and will always be. The bullying and harassment of VDM by some lawyers who are obviously in the minority should not warrant the denigration of our profession,” Adeyanju said.
